Returns & Exchange Information

We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to receive a refund, please return your purchase in its original condition: unworn, tag attached and folded carefully inside the tissue paper and packaging it arrived in.

Please enclose a completed Returns Information Form, which can be found on the back of your invoice.

We will refund you any money you have paid for that item (excluding postage) by your original payment method.

Where the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange within 30 days up to the value of your purchase.

UK customers

  • Exchanges: Please return your item within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds: Please return your item within 14 days of receipt.

EU customers

  • Exchanges: Please return your item within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds: Please return your item within 14 days of receipt.

North America, Canada, Australia, NZ & Worldwide customers

  • Exchanges: Please return your item within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds: Please return your item within 14 days of receipt.
  • Customs Paperwork: Please ensure the parcel and customs paperwork are both clearly marked 'RETURNED GOODS'.

  • Express Returns Service (Optional) - For ultimate convenience, book our Express Returns service and DHL International will collect your items for exchange or refund from your chosen address on a day/timeslot of YOUR choosing. We will receive your items within a just a few days and process your exchange / refund immediately. Once your item has been collected:
    • We will receive your items back within 2-3 days;
    • We will contact you to confirm receipt and that your Exchange or Refund has been processed;
    • For any items to be exchanged, the normal delivery charge will apply.
    Instead of a collection fee, there will be a small returns fee of $10 per item returned for this optional express service. For example, if you return two items, this will incur a charge of $20. The return fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed immediately on receipt of your parcel. You can of course return items to us using any other method of your choosing to the usual address below.

European Consumer Rights Directive (EU) / Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK)

By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within 14 days of the day after receipt of the order.

If you wish to cancel your order we ask you to please notify our Customer Service team quoting your name and order number:

  • by email at; or
  • by telephone on +44 20 8397 0001; or
  • by post to our Returns address (Tiffany Rose Returns, Typhoon Building, Oakcroft Road, Chessington, SURREY, KT9 1RH)

...and we will arrange for you to be refunded accordingly when we receive your return.

Where you are cancelling your order within the 14-day cooling-off period we will refund you as follows:

  • Where you are returning only part of your order, we will refund you for just those products returned to us.
  • Where you are returning your entire order, we will refund you for the products returned to us as well as the Standard Delivery charge.
  • Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the reasonable costs of collection from you.
  • We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us, or any other services provided by us in connection with your purchase (eg. Express Delivery) unless you are returning the item to us because of an error on our part (or because it is defective) under our Returns Policy above.
