Having launched with just one UK manufacturer, Tiffany Rose now works with five talented garment specialists each with a unique set of skills, and each with specialist experience in different fabrics like jersey, silk and chiffon. Our team is always on the lookout for new partners with the skills to help our brand innovate whilst preserving their time honoured talents.
With increasing customer demand for ethical production and reduction in product miles, our maternity wear brand is, very appropriately, breathing new life into an industry which was once one of Britain's largest providers of employment, especially for women. And with many of the essential skills being centred round the industrial heartlands of Britain, where unemployment is relatively high, we are investing in talent that may otherwise have been lost.
This bold move is once again making the UK a serious contender in competition against French and Italian fashion houses. And it's a move that is hugely popular with both customers as well as our dedicated family of suppliers.
Because every Made in Britain label stitched into Tiffany Rose maternity gown means exactly that: each machine stitched detail, every hand-gathered silk skirt, each flouncy hem and delicate touch of lace, is the craft of a seamstress here in Britain.
Skills that were almost lost to this country forever are once again valued and in demand. In fact, thanks to fashion brands who, like Tiffany Rose, are backing Britain, many manufacturers who were on the verge of collapse are once more starting to grow.
The select teams chosen to work with Tiffany Rose are feeling the excitement of working with gorgeous, hand worked designs. As well as challenging the skills of their seamstresses, we hope our brand will inspire and delight them, and feed their passion for quality.
