I ordered two dresses for style and fit at received with my order a returns packet with detailed instructions on how to return the unwanted dress. Both dresses were beautifully made and arrived within 2 days. The one I returned, the money was refunded within 5 days. The dress was beautiful, fitted perfectly. If I could I would have worn them both! Thank you for making the whole process of getting the perfect wedding dress so easy especially as I was 7 months pregnant.

I ordered on a Tuesday evening and received the dressed boxed and beautifully presented on the Thursday morning. The dress itself was absolutely gorgeous - the quality and design of it was without a doubt top notch. Unfortunately I returned the dress as the colour did not suit my skin and it was a little small around my backside and thighs; the cut of the dress simply did not suit pregnant me. The return was quick and easy, and as my next dress is on pre-order, the sales team contacted me to make sure I knew this and were endlessly polite and helpful. I think the prices are very reasonable for the quality and design of garments they provide. I highly recommend Tiffany Rose and will continue to do so for a long time!

Absolutely fantastic service when I called the help line for advice. The delivery service was also brilliant and efficient. I got to choose the day I got my dress delivered. Upon delivery, the dress fit fantastic. I ordered it one size larger as I still had a number of weeks before my wedding and due to expecting twins I am not sure how large I'll get.
