Shopping online at Tiffany Rose is safe because we use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 256-bit SSL software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your details.
After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:
- the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and
- a "padlock" symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.
Generally you are advised to choose your pre-pregnancy size when selecting Tiffany Rose maternity sizes.
However, for silk and chiffon special occasion wear, the most important fit is your bra size.

There are currently three ways to pay for your order - by credit card, cheque and by gift voucher.
- Please click on the products you wish to buy and add these to your shopping basket
- Once you are happy with your order, click on Checkout and you will be asked to complete our Secure Order Form where we will collect your details.
- If you are paying by credit card, please complete the Secure Order Form with your details - your order will be automatically processed and despatched.
- If you are paying by cheque, please complete the Secure Order Form and include your Bank Sort Code and Account Number in the "Credit Card Number" box. Please make your cheque payable to "Tiffany Rose" and write on the back the Order Reference number which you will receive automatically after submitting your order.
- If you are paying by gift voucher, please complete the Secure Order Form and include your Gift Voucher code in the "Gift Voucher Number" box.

We offer Standard and Express delivery services to all Worldwide destinations:
- Free Shipping - AU $0.00 / Free (Promotional Offer)
Your order will be shipped via Secure Courier and delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders placed on weekends are sent the next working day.
- Express Shipping - AU $25.00
Your order will be shipped via Express International Courier and delivered within 3-4 working days. Orders placed on weekends are sent the next working day.
- IMPORT DUTY / TAXES: Please note that that local Import Duty and/or Sales Tax may be payable on receipt. Please refer to your local customs office for more information.
We offer an EXTENDED RETURNS period of 30 days for orders placed during December.
We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to receive a refund, please return your purchase in its original condition: unworn, tag attached and folded carefully inside the tissue paper and packaging it arrived in.
Please enclose a completed Returns Information Form, which can be found on the back of your invoice.
We will refund you any money you have paid for that item (excluding postage) by your original payment method.
Where the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange within 30 days up to the value of your purchase.
North America, Canada, Australia, NZ & Worldwide customers
Express Returns Service (Optional) - For ultimate convenience, book our Express Returns service within 21 days of receipt and DHL International will collect your items for exchange or refund from your chosen address on a day/timeslot of YOUR choosing. We will receive your items within a just a few days and process your exchange / refund immediately. Once your item has been collected:
- We will receive your items back within 2-3 days;
- We will contact you to confirm receipt and that your refund or exchange has been processed;
- For any items to be exchanged, the normal delivery charge will apply.
- Exchanges: Please return your item within 30 days of receipt.
- Refunds: Please return your item within 30 days of receipt.
- Customs Paperwork: Please ensure the parcel and customs paperwork are both clearly marked 'RETURNED GOODS'.
