Bridal Trends Competition

By entering this prize promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their families) of Tiffany Rose Ltd and any affiliates or subsidiary companies of those companies and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the prize promotion may not enter. Any entries submitted by agents or third parties will be invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter.


2. You may enter the prize draw by completing the Tiffany Rose ‘Bridal Trends Survey’ on our website via the following link www.tiffanyrose.com/maternity/info/bridal-trends-survey.html


3. The prize promotion will open at 10:00am on 10.03.14 (the “Opening Time”) and close at 12.00am on 20.03.14 (the "Closing Time").


4. The prize will be one Tiffany Rose Hawaiian Maxi Dress (RRP £99.00) in any of our available sizes.


5. The winning entries for the prize promotion will be selected under independent supervision and the judges’ decision is final. The name of the winner will be published on Facebook and Twitter and any other social media within one week of the Closing Date. By entering the prize promotion you consent to the publication of these details.


6. Winners will be notified by email within 3 days after the Closing Time. If a winner does not contact the Promoter to claim their prize within 30 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. Upon confirmation by the winner, an email will be sent to the winner containing further details on how to claim your prize.


7. Resale of the dress is strictly prohibited.


8. The prize must be taken as offered. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash equivalent or other alternative prize(s) available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions


9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with one(s) of an equivalent value should the prize(s) become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able for whatever reason to accept his or her prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to another participant.


10. The winner may be requested to take part in promotional activity by the Promoter. The winner agrees to publication of their entry on the Promoter’s social media pages.


11. The Promoter will treat all personal data with confidence and will only communicate with the entrant if the entrant has consented to this.


12. A list of winners' names and locations can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to The Marketing Dept at Tiffany Rose Ltd, Typhoon Building, Oakcroft Road, Chessington, SURREY, KT9 1RH after the Competition Period has ended.


13. Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries that the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.


14. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.


15. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to this promotion, the decision of Tiffany Rose Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
