I accidentally ordered an extra ribbon for this dress thinking that it didn't come with one (it does), and they phoned me up to confirm whether I needed the extra ribbon or not. I said I didn't and they arranged a refund, all within a couple of hours of placing the order. I paid a little extra for the next day delivery, well worth it for £9, and it arrived next day as expected. Had several emails from Tiffany Rose to keep me updated as to what time to expect the parcel to arrive and it did arrive within the one hour time slot they emailed me. The only downside I can think of was that the dress did not come on a hanger or in a dress bag and so it was a bit creased. Maybe this is something Tiffany Rose could offer in future?
