Credit Card Security

Shopping online at Tiffany Rose is safe because we use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 256-bit SSL software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your details.

After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:

What's My Size?

Generally you are advised to choose your pre-pregnancy size when selecting Tiffany Rose maternity sizes.

However, for silk and chiffon special occasion wear, the most important fit is your bra size.

Placing Your Order

There are currently three ways to pay for your order - by credit card, cheque and by gift voucher.

  • Please click on the products you wish to buy and add these to your shopping basket


  • Once you are happy with your order, click on Checkout and you will be asked to complete our Secure Order Form where we will collect your details.


  • If you are paying by credit card, please complete the Secure Order Form with your details - your order will be automatically processed and despatched.


  • If you are paying by cheque, please complete the Secure Order Form and include your Bank Sort Code and Account Number in the "Credit Card Number" box. Please make your cheque payable to "Tiffany Rose" and write on the back the Order Reference number which you will receive automatically after submitting your order.


  • If you are paying by gift voucher, please complete the Secure Order Form and include your Gift Voucher code in the "Gift Voucher Number" box.

We offer Standard and Express delivery services to all Worldwide destinations:

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping - £20.00

    Your order will be despatched via either Royal Mail International Signed For or Secure Courier and delivered within 7-10 working days.
    Please place your order by 2.30pm (Mon-Fri) to ensure it is despatched the same day, otherwise it may leave the following working day. Orders placed on weekends are sent the next working day.


  • Express Shipping - £40.00

    Your order will be despatched via Express International Courier and delivered within 2-4 working days.
    Please place your order by 2.30pm (Mon-Fri) to ensure it is despatched the same day, otherwise it may leave the following working day. Orders placed on weekends are sent the next working day.


  • IMPORT DUTY / TAXES: Please note that that local Import Duty and/or Sales Tax may be payable on receipt. Please refer to your local customs office for more information.


  • Your credit card will be charged in £pound;UK Pounds Sterling and the local currency equivalent shown on your statement will be determined by your bank's exchange rate.

Returns/Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchange Information

We hope that you will be truly delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return or exchange an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to receive a refund, please return your purchase in its original condition: unworn, tag attached and folded carefully inside the tissue paper and packaging it arrived in.

Please enclose a completed Returns Information Form, which can be found on the back of your invoice.

We will refund you any money you have paid for that item (excluding postage) by your original payment method.

Where the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange within 28 days up to the value of your purchase.

UK customers

  • Please return your item within 14 days of receipt.

EU customers

  • Please return your item within 14 days of receipt.

North America, Canada, Australia, NZ & Worldwide customers

  • Please return your item within 21 days of receipt.
  • For non-EU customers, please ensure the parcel and customs paperwork is clearly marked 'RETURNED GOODS'.

Unwanted Products - European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs)

By law, consumers in the European Union have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within 14 days of the day after receipt of the order.

If you wish to cancel your order under the DSRs we ask you to please notify our Customer Service team quoting your name and order number:

  • by email at sales@tiffanyrose.com; or
  • by telephone on 0844 448 0123; or
  • by post to our Head Office address (Tiffany Rose Ltd, Typhoon Building, Oakcroft Road, Chessington, SURREY, KT9 1RH)

...and we will then arrange for you to be refunded accordingly.

Where you are cancelling your order within this cooling-off period we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund any specific delivery charges that you incurred for that item over and above our Standard Delivery rate.

Where you are returning your entire order, we will refund the Standard Delivery charge incurred.

Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

We will not refund your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase (eg. Express Delivery) UNLESS you are returning the item to us because of an error on our part (or because it is defective) under our Returns Policy above.
