Beautiful pieces, and as good quality as I would have hoped. The size guide is spot on, and the customer service (I neglected to put express delivery on my parcel, and the support team had it sorted out in no time at all) was wonderful - very friendly and professional. I ordered the Olivia wedding gown and complimentary bolero, but did not know which sizes to order, as my normal measurements (I usually wear US 6 or 8) seemed to fall between sizes. Planning to get married at 20 weeks pregnant, I also had no clue how much my body would grow. I contacted TiffanyRose's service department and they got back to me immediately with a recommendation. The recommended size was unfortunately a bit too big, and so I ordered a size down as well for comparison. Both orders arrived quicker than expected and were very nicely packaged. The smaller dress was perfect (TiffanyRose size 2), and I wore it and the beautiful bolero for my wedding. When I was ready to return the larger dress, the entire process was very easy. TiffanyRose arranged everything. I was sent the labels to include with my order and DHL arrived as scheduled (by TiffanyRose) for the package. Once received, I was credited for the return immediately. I would definitely recommend TiffanyRose, as their dresses are gorgeous and service department is prompt, friendly and extremely helpful.
